Learners from study centre located at Srinagar, Govt Degree College Kulgam, Magam, Budgam and Pattan who are yet to receive their study material are advised to come to IGNOU Regional Centre Rajbagh Srinagar with IGNOU I card for collecting study material. Also Learners from other study centres located in other districts other than as mentioned above are advised to collect the study material from their respective study centres. If the name of the learner is not mentioned in the list, they can come to IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar for collecting the study material.
