In This Article i Will Tell You How To Overcome Fear And Anxiety During Exam
Fear and test-giving is a common factor that most of the students come . Here i am  giving some useful tips to overcome the fear of the exam and reduce anxiety.

Create timetables or timetables
As a student you are well aware of the topics where you need to give more time. It is not by grade but by the length of the material you need to know or the depth of the material. So to prepare you have to make your timetable for all 7 days of the week. The time table or timetable should be realistic so that you can fully follow it.

Start repeating quickly
Students who start repeating their subject quickly find that they can answer without any stress or exam pressure. The sooner you start, the better. As practice improves understanding and memory, students are often advised to quickly revive or repeat. This will save you from the rush of the last moment and by preparing long before the exam you can allocate time for it while focusing on difficult topics.

Create a chart
Of course, you will know the number of chapters that are difficult for you. A general blueprint of units or chapters you need to prepare. Then align that chart in the priority sequence according to the days of the week or the timetable you set. You can revise or change the timetable according to your needs.

Mix topics
While creating a timetable or chart, keep in mind that it is best to study some topics in the evening and other subjects in the morning. Studying the same subject can make you feel bored or feel mentally tired. Take a mix of two different topics and try, you will definitely feel the desire to complete those topics.

Aim for the day
There is no way without setting goals so that you will be able to achieve anything in life. It is even important to set a goal for the day. As you have already written chapters or topics to repeat, divide these chapters for a single day.

Example: April 20

9 am to 12 am : History - Chapter 15, 16

3 to 5 noon : English - Chapter 3,, 5

6 pm to 8 pm :Geography - Chapter 12

9 p.m. to 12 pm : mathematics - chapter 2. 3,2.4

So by placing a goal for each day like this, you are sure to repeat well before the exam. Once you start creating such a chart, it will become your good habit of creating a chart for any assignment.

Set time for break i.e interval
Creating a suitable time table is not an easy task. Keep time for break in between while creating a time table. You can get up to bathe or perform continual action, you may also need time to wash your clothes or clean the room. All of them can be taken as brakes. Then include your dinner, lunch, time for breakfast, even listening to music for a while at intervals of 3 or 4 hours is not too bad. Small brakes bring back excitement while studying. If possible, your favorite game can also be played during the break for a while so that you can feel even better physically.

Sleep well
Often students study without rest. It is often advisable to sleep during the afternoon to give a little rest to your brain and eyes. You feel freshening after that break of sleep. Do not try to become amphibious. Students are advised to sleep at least 6-7 hours during the night. Then you can study enthusiastically the next day.

Create notes
While studying, students who make small notes find them very useful while repeating the examination period. Notes can be created as a summing or key points. Some students write their notes in the form of drawings, in which different signs are marked to be remembered during the exam. Such notes come in a lot of work. This can be studied when you find it difficult to study the subject.
